School Board

The Virtual Preparatory Academy of Oklahoma of Directors seeks to add a board member. Board Members, like other non-profit boards, are required to act in good faith and to exert the same level of diligence, care, judgment, and skill that an ordinarily prudent person would exercise under similar circumstances and in similar positions. Members of the School’s Board of Education shall also provide proof of residency to ensure compliance with the School’s charter contract and applicable law. If you want to serve on the Virtual Preparatory Academy of Oklahoma of Directors, please complete the board member application and conflict of interest form.
